In the 5th series of BBC’s Great British Menu, which starts on Monday 5th April, viewers will see Tony compete to cook at a fabulous banquet celebrating the wealth of delicious produce grown, reared and fished across the UK.
The banquet will be hosted by the nation's long-time advocate of local, seasonal food, HRH The Prince Of Wales.
This year's competition is all about super local produce, sourcing new food suppliers from a small part of their region, based at a National Trust for Scotland property.
From here they have to unearth the very finest produce from the surrounding farms, estates and neighbourhoods. From his Estate at Kellie Castle in Fife, Tony has created a cracking menu, which can be sampled at Oloroso throughout the summer.
Roast Pigeon with Hazelnut Praline
Lobster with Kellie Castle Vegetables
Hogget Scotch Pie with Peas and Carrots
Rhubarb and Custard
